New Villain: EVIL MORTI

BEAM: hold to fire rapid yellow energy bolts. OMEGA BEAM: charge up one giant yellow beam that cuts through buildings and everything in its path. PORTAL STEP: aim where you want to go, rooftops too, and step out of a green portal. BARRIER BLAST: a yellow and orange bubble forms around you, then explodes and throws everything back. TIME STOP: for 10 seconds every soldier, tank, helicopter and rocket freezes and the whole city turns grey. You keep moving.
